Shane Stone is the chef and creator of High Haute Foods. His cooking career began in his hometown of Joplin, MO at the Red Onion Café. Since then he has worked in a myriad of restaurants throughout the southeast including Ocean 60 in Atlantic Beach, FL, Lush in Atlanta, GA, as well as 212 Market and St. Johns Restaurant and Meeting Place here in Chattanooga, TN.

In January 2018 Shane opened High Haute Foods with a simple mission: to provide clients with a restaurant quality, fine dining experience in the venue of their choice. That begins with working closely with local farmers and staying within the constructs of seasonality. Food shapes the experience so whether you are hosting a small, private dinner party or an extravagant wedding, we hope that you will let us take the time to create the table that is right for you.
